We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a good bar with delicious wines and snacks, and historical photos of Mao and other communist leaders. The hotel's location was perfect for sightseeing, being close to the Forbidden City and within walking distance of Tiananmen Square. The breakfast offered a vast selection of hot and cold foods, both western and authentic to the area and culture. The staff, particularly John the hotel guest ambassador, were really good too make our visit special. We also appreciated the convenience of the club level, lacking in other 5-star hotels.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Beijing, close to The Forbidden City and many other key attractions. It is also near the main shopping street, offering a wide range of dining options from traditional roast duck to international cuisine. The rooms are well-furnished and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service and are helpful in providing information and arranging transportation. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and take advantage of the facilities available, such as the bar area.
The temperature in the rooms cannot be individually controlled, which may lead to discomfort for some guests.

The luxurious atmosphere of this hotel was truly amazing. the exclusive amenities provided in the room were everything I needed to feel pampered. the location was the best, walking distance to many attractions.
The only minor issue I found was the lack of English spoken by some staff members. my experience at this hotel was unforgettable.

The staff were friendly and professional, upgrading our room and paying attention to details. The location is convenient, right next to the subway station. The breakfast and pool were enjoyable, and the hotel manager was attentive. A standout hotel experience.

I was actually surprised at the hotel. As a Gold member, I received a complimentary room upgrade, fantastic. My room had a fine view of Chang'An Ave and was peaceful. To add to the holiday spirit, I was even given a delicious Christmas cake and fruits. The location of Nuo Forbidden City was perfect for sightseeing, being just a short distance away from Wangfujing Metro Station.
